Consultant charge
The charge to be paid according to the legal processing designated by the contract.
Legal consulting charge
Fee for legal consultation.
Starting fee
The amount is to be paid at the time of starting the case. This is a handling fee which is not refundable even the result is unsuccessful.
Basic charge
The fee to be paid at the time of completion of the case depending on the result.
Actual expense
To cover any expenses occurred in processing the case; such as transportation fees, correspondence fees, documentation charges and copying fees. When the deposit amount remains un-used the difference is refunded, if the deposit amount becomes insufficient we ask you to pay the additional balance.
Per diem
Expenses generated from actual activities by attorney or clerk for processing the case.
